Consumed by Fire’s First Things First Album Tour is coming to La Porte, Indiana on October 22nd. Doors open at 6:30pm and the show starts at 7:00pm at the Laporte Civic Center located at 1001 Ridge St, La Porte, IN 46350. This is a FREE event made possible by support from La Porte area churches and businesses.

Consumed by Fire will be joined by Stars Go Dim and Cliff Preston for this special, one night only engagement.

Consumed By Fire is living out the name of their band in a brand-new way. Comprised of brothers Caleb Ward (lead vocals), Jordan Ward (harmonies/percussion), Josh Ward (guitar/harmonies). The band’s sound, heavily influenced by the music they grew up on, is thanks in part to their father’s eclectic taste. Cliff Preston is set apart by his raw authenticity and compassion. Cliff’s music ministry began in 2002 as he traveled with multiple bands to bring awareness to The Gospel and the love of Jesus as well as the mental health crisis plaguing the North America. In that time, Cliff has written dozens of songs, lead worship, preached, and even opened a businesses geared towards Christ-centered clinical mental healthcare. Originally from Smackover, Arkansas Cliff and his wife Leslie, have been blessed with with a daughter and two sons. Cliff brings over two decades of ministry experience and business development to his partnership with People & Songs. In that time, he has written songs for artists including Newsong, JJ Weeks, Carrolton and more. He has shared the stage with artists such as MercyMe, Jeremy Camp, and Natalie Grant among others.

The La Porte Civic Center opened in 1930, has 7600 square feet of space and can comfortably hold 2,500 spectators of athletic events, weddings, concerts, and more. Ted Nugent, Alice Cooper, Ace Frehley, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Cheap Trick, and Night Ranger are just some of the well known artists that have performed at the La Porte Civic Center.
